Type HD standard basic chemical pumps are ideal for use in a wide range of services up to 120° C. In this type, a fraction of the pumped fluid is lead through a vent on the discharge side to circulate through the annular magnetic gap of the motor, conducting heat away and lubricating the bearings before re-entering the suction end of the pump through the hollow shaft.

These chemical process pumps can be used in vertical or horizontal arrangement suiting the space available. No rigid foundations or special tools required for installation.
